The Organization requesting space assumes all risks and indemnifies the County of Alachua and the Gainesville Soccer Alliance, Inc. (GSA) from all judgments and claims resulting from the actions and conduct arising out of the Organization’s use of the Jonesville Soccer Complex. The Organization shall provide GSA with a copy of Certificate of Insurance listing Alachua County and GSA as “Additional Insured”. The Organization shall be solely responsible and answerable for damages and for all accidents or injuries to persons or property arising out of, or caused by acts of omissions or the negligence of the participants, the Organization, its agents and employees. The Organization also understands that permission to use the complex is strictly for the purpose of recreational activity and that no commercial enterprises are allowed without expressed written permission. Organizations are responsible for leaving fields in good condition. Remove bagged trash and debris to designated area. Park vehicles only in designated area. Violations on rules may result in NO future approval for complex use.
